EAA AIRVENTURE OSHKOSH is the world's largest sport aviation event, annually drawing more than 800,000 people and 14,000 airplanes to Wittman Regional Airport in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. As usual, Zenith Aircraft Company is displaying its line of kit aircraft at the week-long convention. Company staff will be on hand to answer questions and show the aircraft, and designer Chris Heintz will be at the Zenith Aircraft display the first half of the week.
Once again, we're located in the North Aircraft Display area (booths #424, 425, 430 & 431).

This is your time to have the Zenith Booth (tent hangar) as a builders' meeting arena; a time to have the Zenith crew all to yourselves and ask technical questions with the appropriate aircraft at hand; a chance to have your picture taken with Chris Heintz on the Tuesday, and a great place to meet other builders and talk Zenith aircraft. This year Zenith is going to have their large "hanger tent" in the display area which will be a welcome reprieve from the sun and elements. With the ability of having a few aircraft under shade, there is ample room for the gathering. |

Designer Chris Heintz was awarded the LAMA (Light Aircraft Manufacturers' Assoc.) / KITPLANES magazine 2001 PRESIDENT'S AWARD FOR OUTSTANDING INDIVIDUAL. The award was presented to Chris Heintz by LAMA president Larry Burke and Kitplanes magazine editor Dave Martin. |
