GEMINI CH 620 - Your Personal Twin-Engine Kit Aircraft

The complete GEMINI CH 620 Tail Kit will be available for a limited time as an introductory starter kit. The Starter Kit will include the complete tail kit (horizontal and vertical tail sections) for the all-new GEMINI CH 620, and will come with a detailed and illustrated ‘step-by-step’ assembly manuals and basic hand tools – everything you need to get started on your own personal twin-engine kit aircraft!
Developed specifically for the first-time builder, the GEMINI Tail Kit will cost just $2,495.00, and will include everything you need to start building your own GEMINI aircraft, including:

The Introductory Starter Kit will let you get started on the GEMINI CH 620 as soon as it is released for production, and is an excellent primer on building the rest of the GEMINI CH 620 kit. Once you've completed the Starter Kit, you'll have the required skills, and tools, to continue with the rest of the GEMINI CH 620, and importantly, you'll also have vital sections of the aircraft already completed. When you’re ready to continue building the rest of the aircraft, we'll deduct the full cost of the Starter Kit off the price of the complete kit.

GEMINI CH 620, COMPLETE AIRFRAME KIT

The GEMINI CH 620 kit comes with all kit parts to build the GEMINI airframe: The complete kit includes the factory riveted wing spars, pre-formed sheet-metal parts (ribs, bulkheads, skins, etc.), factory-welded parts, landing gear (tailwheel) with engine mounts, wheels with hydraulic disk brakes, standard fuel system with welded aluminum tanks and fuel pumps, tinted bubble canopy and frame, flight controls, and all hardware required for assembly of the airframe. Standard equipment in the standard airframe kit includes electric elevator trim tab, extended baggage compartments, and more. Detailed assembly manuals included. Not included in the airframe kit: engines and powerplant accessories, props, instruments, lights, paint, and upholstery.

ENGINE & INSTRUMENTS PACKAGES (Jabiru 2200)

The complete ‘firewall-forward’ powerplant packages are supplied ‘ready-to-mount’, and include two Jabiru 2200 engines (80-HP, four cycle, dual ignition), with all accessories: engine mount, vibration dampeners, generator, voltage regulator, exhaust and intake manifolds, carburetors, ground adjustable propellers with spinners, engine controls, hardware, and manufacturer installation & operating manuals. Batteries not included.
The basic instruments package includes: Airspeed, altimeter, compass, hourmeter, clock, yoke-mounted trim control with PTT, and dual RPM, oil pressure, oil temperature, voltmeter, fuel quantity, and fuel pressure gauges. Gyro (vacuum) instruments and avionics not included.

Kit delivery schedules will be provided on a "first-come, first serve" basis, though orders for complete kits will be given priority shipping schedules. While orders are currently not being accepted, we will accept letters on intent with the option to purchase.
Higher than expected demand in the GEMINI kit may push delivery beyond Zenith Aircraft’s customary 4-8 week delivery schedule. All prices in U.S. funds, FOB Factory (crating and shipping charges extra).


Prices are estimates.  All prices, equipment, conditions, and availability subject to change without prior notice.


Estimated build time for the GEMINI CH 620 kit is just 750 hours. While this may appear to be an overly optimistic build time, Zenith Aircraft’s extensive kit manufacturing experience should make the 750 hour estimate quite realistic.
