The
factory assembled 100% airframe includes all parts from
the 49% kit, including the “firewall-forward
accessories” for the Rotax 912S engine installation,
plus a lot more. Following
is a summary of the features of the "100% Finished
Airframe":
WINGS: The wings
are 100% finished, ready for paint:
- Wings
have been fitted to the fuselage (removed for
shipping)
- Gas
tanks are installed with fuel lines,
- Control
cables are installed in wings to aileron bellcrank

and flaps are installed to wings, with control
deflections set

Landing gear area:
- Zenair
is supplying a high-quality and lightweight wheels and
brake system. The gear kit supplied is very complete and
includes all fittings, including brake lines, ready for
installation on the composite landing gear. Once
installed, the gear is bolted to the fuselage.
- The
standard gear configuration is tricycle. A
tailwheel gear configuration is available as an
option.
